About Our Vehicle Checks

Our comprehensive vehicle reports include:

  • Basic vehicle details (make, model, color, etc.)
  • MOT history and advisories
  • Vehicle tax status
  • Mileage records
  • Previous keepers information
  • Outstanding finance checks
  • Write-off history
  • Theft record checks
  • Import/export status
  • V5C document history

The basic vehicle information is free, with the comprehensive checks available for a small fee.

Our vehicle reports are compiled from multiple official sources including:

  • DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency)
  • DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency)
  • Experian automotive database
  • Industry-standard vehicle check databases

While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, our reports should be used as a guide only. The data is only as accurate as the information provided by these sources and may not reflect very recent changes.

Our data is regularly updated from official sources:

  • DVLA data is typically updated every 24-48 hours
  • MOT data from DVSA is updated daily
  • Finance and insurance data is updated multiple times per day

This ensures that you receive the most current information available when you run a check.

Payments & Reports

Vehicle reports are generated instantly after payment is processed. You'll receive an email with a link to view your report online, typically within seconds of completing your purchase.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely via Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors.

You can access your previous reports in two ways:

  1. Through the unique link sent to your email when you purchased the report. This link does not expire and can be accessed at any time.
  2. By using the "My Orders" section on our website. Simply enter the email address you used when purchasing the report, and after a quick verification, you'll have access to all your previous reports.

Your vehicle report provides a snapshot of the vehicle's history and status at the time it was generated. While the report itself is accessible indefinitely, the information it contains may become outdated over time as the vehicle's history changes.

For the most current information, we recommend running a new check if you're making a decision based on data that's more than 30 days old.

No, we don't require you to create an account to use our service. You only need to provide an email address where we can send your report. This keeps the process simple and fast while still allowing you to access your reports later.
